Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience successfully running full-cycle SaaS sales
  • Confident with excellent communication skills. You are comfortable with speaking to customers in person, via video, or over the phone
  • Empathetic with an ability to understand customers' goals, perspectives, needs, and challenges
  • Highly organized with immaculate attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability. You take a proactive approach to your workflow and you look for opportunities to add value
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to meet or exceed quotas set by the company
  • Experience using Salesforce and other CRM tools

Responsibilities

  • Generate a pipeline of prospects and manage the sales stages including lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, demoing, following up, and closing
  • Conduct outreach and follow-up via all available channels including cold calling, email, video, LinkedIn, etc
  • Run product demonstrations to better understand customer needs or problems and clearly articulate our solutions that address them
  • Share and contribute to best practices and techniques in relation to industry trends
  • Discovering, disqualifying, and documenting leads that are a poor fit
  • Set priorities, plan, and manage multiple tasks while being comfortable shifting when necessary
  • Identify, recommend and lead the execution of growth opportunities within key cohorts of known and undiscovered market opportunities
  • Forecast and manage your sales pipeline via Salesforce CRM with the ability to communicate its health clearly

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with event promotion, event marketing, email marketing

Benefits

  • $70,000 CAD base, $50,000 CAD variable pay, for an on-target-earning potential of $120,000 CAD
  • Work fully remote in Canada where you’re most productive whether that be from your house, or elsewhere. We just ask that you have the legal work authorization in Canada. Unfortunately, we are unable to hire within Quebec at this time
