Summary

Join Hover's World Class Sales organization as a seasoned Account Executive. You will focus on generating new business by selling Hover's solutions, partnering with SDR/Channel teams, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders. Success requires hunting new business, forging relationships, and closing 6-figure deals. You'll need 5+ years of field sales experience in enterprise software and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. Requirements

  • 5+ years of field sales experience within enterprise software
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong account prioritization, territory planning, and team-selling experience
  • Strong track record of navigating within large, strategic organizations
  • Ability to develop senior level relationships quickly and effectively
  • Experience presenting to senior managers and the C-suite
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process
  • Ability to effectively hunt for new prospects and achieve new logos revenue targets
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptive
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required

Responsibilities

  • Focus on generating new business by selling Hovers solutions across your book of accounts
  • Partner with SDR / Channel teams by receiving leads and taking them from discovery to close
  • Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders from daily users of the product to C-Level executives
  • Hunt in an assigned BoB of accounts with the ability to prospect and shift your Book of Business as you see fit
  • Negotiate complex and creative deal structures in a clear and concise manner
  • Articulate and demonstrate the Hover value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
  • Partner with our Channel Partnerships team to build channel partnerships and mutually beneficial relationships
  • Partner with our Account Management team by providing effective handoffs of net new opportunities through a specified process inclusive of robust SFDC data
  • Being comfortable in a remote working environment but also understand the need to be in person and in front of customers
  • Closing Deals and overachieving your targets

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of content management, cloud, or other complex SaaS applications preferred
