As a brand ambassador, you will be expected to possess strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills, along with a proven track record in SaaS sales, particularly in the construction or procurement sectors. Requirements
- 3+ years of full lifecycle SaaS sales experience; construction, procurement, or related industries preferred
- High accountability and integrity, delivering results while maintaining transparency with prospects and internal stakeholders
- Experience in high-growth startups/scale ups, comfortable iterating on new sales strategies and adapting quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage C-suite and operational stakeholders in the construction industry
- Self-starter mindset, able to own sales targets and drive consistent results in a dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational skills, with experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and activities
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Running the complete sales cycles from new meeting to closed won customer
- Consistently overachieving monthly sales goals
- Penetrating accounts with cold outbound prospecting strategies to generate new opportunities (40 calls a day)
- Working a wide variety of lead sources including SDR generated meetings, inbound leads, and cold outbound leads
- Running customized software demos for a wide variety of prospective clients (VPs, CFOs, CEOs, Project Managers, Purchasing agents)
- Navigating 3-6 week sales cycles involving multiple decision makers and teams with differing pains
- Collaborating and coordinating with internal resources throughout the sales cycle including SDRs and Sales Enablement
- Utilizing best-in-class sales tools including SalesForce, Outreach.io, and Gong
- Acting as an exceptional brand ambassador
