Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales process - from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals - while providing exceptional service to small business clients
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align on lead generation, messaging, and campaigns that drive inbound interest
  • Engage with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs/BDRs) to receive qualified leads or help nurture outbound prospects
  • Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to hand off larger opportunities that require more in-depth selling, and work closely with Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition after the sale and drive retention efforts
  • Interact with the Product Team to provide feedback from small business customers on product needs and improvements
  • Team up with Operations/RevOps to optimize sales processes, tools, and reporting, while coordinating with Finance & Billing to ensure seamless pricing, contracts, and payment processes for small businesses
  • Drive revenue growth by optimizing the sales process to exceed targets and improve closing rates
  • Strengthen partnerships with a strategic approach that drives sales and long-term success
  • Innovate to create customer value, aligning actions with business goals and enhancing satisfaction
  • Stay engaged in your territory while using global insights to position LastPass as a market leader
  • Foster cross-team collaboration and communication, even across time zones, to achieve sales goals in a supportive culture
  • Deliver reliable results by hitting sales targets and executing key initiatives with excellence
  • Manage a high volume of quotes, ensuring fast, accurate turnarounds to close deals quickly
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment, managing complex and routine requests to keep sales running smoothly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to customize CRM reports to work efficiently with your territory data
  • CRM, Excel, and sales tools like Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
