Account Executive

Summary

Join UNiDAYS as an Account Executive and play a vital role in the Commercial team, supporting Account Directors and Account Managers to deliver exceptional partner experiences. You will be responsible for managing partner relationships, ensuring timely campaign delivery, optimizing content, collaborating on media campaigns, and providing regular reporting and insights. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, proficiency in Salesforce, and an understanding of Gen Z/student audiences. Responsibilities

• Support the Account Directors and Account Managers in delivering an excellent partner experience, ensuring all interactions are professional and timely
• Work closely with the Product Operations team to ensure the prompt delivery of campaigns and projects
• Ensure offers, app content and campaigns are optimised to communicate partner priorities and enhance member experience
• Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver complex media campaigns, ensuring they meet partner expectations and align with UNiDAYS standards
• Maintain regular communication with partners to support operational excellence and best practices
• Utilise templates to deliver reporting for Commercial team partners, providing insights and actionable recommendations where necessary
