Account Executive

Summary

Join our Mid-Market Broker Sales Team as an Account Executive, generating sales with new and existing clients, focusing on brokerages with 11-50 agents. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, at least three years of software sales experience, and understanding or relevant role within the real estate industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of three (3) years related experience in software sales
• Understanding or relevant role within the real estate industry
• Superior computer skills; proficient with CRMs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and easily adapt to changes
• Impeccable time management and priority setting skills
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Demonstrable capabilities and value of software products in virtual settings and in person
• The confidence to speak effectively with a range of business leaders as you introduce, demonstrate, and solve for pain points that real estate companies encounter every day

Responsibilities

• Actively develop opportunities, master discovery, demonstrating value, and closing deals
• Manage sales activities; calls, web meetings, and email communication to achieve successful engagement through relationship building and negotiation
• Have an inquisitive mindset and learn through questioning
• Actively research, develop, and perform detailed remote product demonstrations
• Regularly communicate your activity; provide feedback on personal performance challenges and opportunities to get better
• Participate in group and one-on-one coaching sessions to hone your skills
• Build relationships cross-functionally with team members across the entire sales organization
