Summary

Join our Broker Sales Team as an Account Executive and generate sales with new and existing clients, focusing on brokerages with 11-50 agents. You will own relationships with major real estate brands and stakeholders. Success requires detail-orientation, motivation, and a willingness to learn. Growth potential is significant for committed individuals. The role involves actively developing sales opportunities, managing sales activities, and building relationships. You will also participate in coaching sessions and demonstrate software products.

Requirements

  • Ideally 2 years related experience in software sales
  • Superior computer skills; proficient with CRMs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and easily adapt to changes
  • Impeccable time management and priority setting skills
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Demonstrable capabilities and value of software products in virtual settings and in person
  • The confidence to speak effectively with a range of business leaders as you introduce, demonstrate, and solve for pain points that real estate companies encounter every day

Responsibilities

  • Actively develop opportunities, and mastering the basic skills of discovery, demonstrating value, and closing deals
  • Manage sales activities; calls, web meetings, and email communication to achieve successful engagement through relationship building and negotiation
  • Have an inquisitive mindset and learn through questioning
  • Actively research, develop, and perform detailed remote product demonstrations
  • Regularly communicate your activity; provide feedback on personal performance challenges and opportunities to get better
  • Participate in group and one-on-one coaching sessions to hone your skills
  • Build relationships cross-functionally with team members across the entire sales organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding or relevant role within the real estate industry a plus
  • Your eagerness to develop untapped markets is equal to your enthusiasm for relationship building
