You will convert leads, conduct in-person outreach, build strategic relationships, and refine sales strategies. This foundational role involves mentoring junior sellers and shaping Moxie's growth. Requirements

  • Industry fluency: You understand (or can quickly learn) the medspa space—injectables, aesthetics services, common clinic workflows, and the challenges owner-operators face
  • Track record of success: You’ve consistently exceeded quotas in consultative, full-cycle sales roles, and you can explain how you did it
  • Tech-savvy: You’re confident demoing software and can speak to how features (online booking, marketing automation, analytics) impact a medspa’s bottom line
  • Strong communicator and listener: You’re comfortable speaking with a variety of stakeholders—from solo injectors to multi-location clinic managers—and tailor your approach to build trust and close deals

Responsibilities

  • Own and close full-cycle sales opportunities across both inbound and outbound channels
  • Build strong local presence through in-person prospecting, events, partnerships, and relationship-based selling
  • Maintain a healthy, high-conversion pipeline through effective follow-ups, qualification, and objection handling
  • Deliver engaging demos that clearly communicate Moxie’s value and differentiate us from the competition
  • Hit or exceed monthly and quarterly quota targets, consistently contributing to team revenue goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • A network of injectors, medspa owners, or operators you’ve worked with in the past
  • Experience working in aesthetics, wellness, or SaaS sales
