Summary
Join NICE Actimize as an Account Executive and establish new strategic relationships while maintaining existing ones. Analyze customer business situations to identify opportunities and constraints due to technological advancements. Drive responses to critical business problems, improve the company's position in proposals, and enhance long-term relationships. Achieve annual sales quotas, negotiate enterprise-wide agreements, and coordinate sales activities to meet business goals. Ensure proposed solutions leverage NICE Actimize's strengths and can be successfully implemented. Develop high-level relationships with C-level executives and maintain a strong presence to facilitate sales. This role requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience selling software solutions to the financial services industry.
Requirements
- Minimum BS or BA degree, preferably in business, finance accounting, or computer science
- 3+ years’ experience selling Software solutions to the financial services industry
- High-profile salesperson with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven successful ability to sell $1M Enterprise software/business solutions
- Ability to develop relationships with the ‘C’ level business users to sell based on business value
- Ability to interface with Sales Engineers and IT users to understand high-level technical requirements
- Global vision, creativity, and long-term planning ability required
Responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales quota and personally negotiate Enterprise-wide agreements
- Coordinate and lead all sales activities to achieve business goals
- Ensure the proposed sales and solutions capitalize on NICE Actimize strengths and can be implemented successfully
- Establish new strategic relationships while maintaining existing relationships and analyzing customer’s business situations to identify constraints and new opportunities due to technological advances
- Develop and maintain high-level relations with ‘C ’levels
- Create and maintain a high-level presence and a network of relationships to facilitate sales
- Initiate, support, develop, and monitor purchasing agreements between NICE Actimize and the customer
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling Fraud, Anti-Money Laundering, or Brokerage Compliance Solutions a plus
