Summary
Join OffSec as an Account Executive (AE) for Growth Markets (SMB) in Australia and drive revenue growth in the fast-growing small and mid-sized business (SMB) segment. This high-velocity sales role focuses on acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and driving adoption of OffSec’s training solutions. You will work closely with security leaders, IT managers, and business stakeholders to position OffSec as the leading cybersecurity training platform for SMBs. Responsibilities include building and executing a sales strategy, qualifying opportunities, closing deals, developing customer relationships, leveraging partner networks, and providing a consultative sales approach. The role requires significant B2B SaaS sales experience, a strong track record of success, and excellent communication skills. Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in B2B SaaS, e-learning, or cybersecurity training, with a focus on SMB customers
- Strong track record of high-velocity sales, with experience managing multiple deals in a fast-moving sales cycle
- Experience in closing SMB and mid-market accounts, with a history of exceeding quota and ARR targets
- Strong outbound prospecting skills, with the ability to generate and convert leads efficiently
- Ability to simplify complex technical solutions for non-technical buyers and clearly communicate OffSec’s value proposition
- Experience working with partners, channels, and resellers to drive pipeline and close deals faster
- Familiarity with inside sales techniques and experience managing a large volume of inbound and outbound opportunities
- Located in Australia with the ability to work remotely and travel occasionally
Responsibilities
- Own and drive new business growth in the SMB segment across Australia
- Build and execute a high-velocity sales strategy focused on inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and partner-driven sales motions
- Quickly qualify opportunities, handle multiple deals simultaneously, and close deals efficiently to drive ARR growth
- Work closely with cybersecurity professionals, IT managers, and business owners to understand their needs and align OffSec’s solutions to their training goals
- Develop and expand relationships with customers, focusing on land-and-expand opportunities to grow account value over time
- Leverage partner networks, resellers, and alliances to accelerate pipeline generation and deal flow
- Provide a consultative, value-driven sales approach, helping SMBs understand the ROI of cybersecurity training
- Manage sales forecasts, pipeline progression, and account growth using Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Actively contribute to OffSec’s go-to-market strategy for SMBs by sharing insights and feedback from the field
