Join Pavago as a high-energy, results-driven Account Executive, working remotely to sell premium western apparel under the Durango brand. You will generate leads, secure new and repeat business, and exceed sales targets in both Hispanic and traditional US markets. Success requires relentless pursuit of opportunities, strong customer relationships, and consistent performance. The role involves outbound sales calls, closing deals, and utilizing a CRM for tracking. Bilingualism (Spanish and English) is essential for effectively communicating with diverse customer segments. This is a full-time, remote position with EST working hours.
Requirements
- Proven Sales Performer: A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

- Master Communicator: Skilled in engaging customers, building relationships, and closing deals over the phone
- Bilingual (Spanish & English): Fluent in both languages to effectively communicate with Hispanic and traditional customer segments
- Fast-Paced & Strategic: Able to maximize time on the phone and prioritize the right prospects
- Team-Oriented & Coachable: Takes direction well and collaborates effectively with a team
- Tele-Sales Expertise: Proven experience in outbound sales with a strong closing ratio
- Sales Accomplishments: A history of consistently hitting and exceeding targets
- Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build trust, secure repeat business, and follow up diligently
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs and sales tracking tools
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential customers through outbound sales calls
- Closing Deals: Convert leads into sales by effectively presenting product benefits and securing orders
- Account Growth & Reorders: Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and upselling opportunities
- Performance Tracking: Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM
- Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies and maximize outreach efforts
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about product offerings, customer preferences, and market trends to provide value-driven recommendations
- Review leads and prioritize outreach
- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers
- Pitch Durangoβs products and secure new orders
- Follow up on previous conversations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Track your sales performance and look for ways to improve
- Collaborate with the team to refine strategies and optimize sales efforts
Preferred Qualifications
Apparel Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with western apparel or retail sales is a plus
