Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, AI, or compliance-focused solutions
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a detailed sales pipeline
  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct outreach via calls and emails, and develop sales strategies
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, track activities, and report on sales performance using CRM tools
  • Build relationships with decision-makers, present customized solutions, and provide exceptional client support
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s platform and conduct product demonstrations
  • Work with marketing and product teams to improve messaging and provide client insights for feature development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with workplace compliance, safety, or HR technology
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io
  • Knowledge of using call recording tools like Gong
  • Previous experience representing the company at industry events or conferences
