Account Executive

Requirements

• Prior professional experience in closing business; responsible for revenue generation
• Strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality
• Demonstrate curiosity; ability to gain an understanding of prospect pain points and articulate solutions
• Self-starter/bias to action
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to connect with people via phone or email
• Is goal and results oriented
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities while maintaining focus
• Technologically savvy with ability to use multiple internet and software platforms to perform duties

Responsibilities

• Generate a highly qualified pipeline that conforms to the company’s Ideal Customer Profile that provides enough coverage to achieve personal quota
• Effectively manage a pipeline of opportunities with proper next steps both with the Client and in the company CRM
• Conduct problem + implication focused discovery to effectively demonstrate the value of PredictionHealth solutions to Client in a manner that solves for their direct needs
• Convert Prospects into Customers via Value Based Selling, Value Based Negotiation, and by Creating Urgency, while demonstrating company values
• Establish proper expectations for Clients during pilots and before the Implementation Period
• Work collaboratively with Peers, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Teams
• Actively participate in company meetings, training, and marketing events

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with healthcare
• PT/PTA degree
• Experience/expertise Hubspot
