Join a high-performance team as an Account Executive and help executives and professionals transform their digital presence through reputation management services. You will conduct visual sales calls, advise clients on strategies, and manage the sales cycle from lead nurturing to closing deals. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or account executive role, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of closing deals and driving sales growth
  • Comfortable and confident engaging with C-level executives and high-level professionals
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales approaches with the ability to advise clients on strategy and next steps
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic, long-term sales mindset
  • Executive-facing experience is critical
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate insights into actionable outcomes
  • Results-driven, hungry to learn, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced environment
  • Coachable, with a willingness to accept feedback and continuously improve
  • Ability to handle a high volume of sales activity, balancing efficiency with quality
  • Comfortable with digital sales tools and platforms, including Google Meet and CRM systems

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 30-minute visual demos via Google Meet with qualified inbound leads, guiding them through our reputation management services
  • Lead advisory-led calls, acting as a strategist to help executives and founders improve their digital presence
  • Focus on understanding client needs, translating those into actionable insights, and presenting how the platform can meet their specific objectives
  • Handle a sales cycle typically ranging from 7-30 days, usually involving 2–3 calls to close deals
  • Manage 7–10 booked demos per day, working efficiently to maintain a full pipeline and consistent sales activity
  • Follow up with prospects to address questions, reinforce value, and drive toward closing
  • Build rapport with executives, founders, and high-level professionals to establish trust and credibility
  • Provide ongoing support and consultative advice, focusing on long-term relationships rather than one-time transactions
  • Ensure all client interactions are professional, insightful, and aligned with the company’s high standards of service
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in outreach strategies and messaging
  • Keep track of leads, progress, and outcomes in CRM systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Maintain open communication with internal teams regarding client feedback and project status

Preferred Qualifications

  • Achieving or exceeding sales targets and consistently meeting demo booking goals
  • Building strong, trust-based relationships with clients that lead to long-term success and loyalty
  • Demonstrating effective sales techniques that align with the company's advisory-led approach, with no hard closing required
  • Maintaining a high conversion rate from demos to closed deals, supported by clear communication and personalized sales strategies
