Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in B2C sales or account management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Previous experience handling full sales cycles, from initial lead contact to closing the deal
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Proficient in HubSpot (preferably) or other CRM systems for managing leads, tracking sales activities, and maintaining a clean pipeline
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with a neutral accent and excellent presentation skills
- Motivated and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
- Highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple prospects and deals concurrently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with clear performance expectations
Responsibilities
- Handle the full sales cycle, including a 2-step call process: initial qualification/demo call and a follow-up call to close the deal
- Engage in negotiations, manage objections, and ensure smooth and timely deal closures
- Take calls from warm, inbound leads who have expressed interest through demo-like requests
- Effectively qualify these leads and tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each prospect
- Maintain an organized pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads via emails and calls using OpenPhone
- Track and update lead status, sales stages, and related details in the CRM
- Utilize HubSpot (or similar CRM systems) to manage customer relationships, track interactions, and maintain up-to-date records on all leads and opportunities
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills when engaging with prospects and clients
- Ensure clear, concise, and professional communication throughout the sales process, while maintaining a neutral accent
