Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales, with a focus on healthcare EMR solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service in healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare clients at all levels
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Hubspot
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to travel to occasional conferences throughout the year
Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with key healthcare accounts and develop a deep understanding of their EMR needs
- Identify new sales opportunities through market research and client interactions
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and development teams to create and deliver compelling EMR product demonstrations and proposals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to the sales management team on sales pipeline and revenue projections
- Self-generate pipeline via outbound efforts while also managing inbound leads
- Ensure timely delivery of our EMR software products and services to customers
- Attend healthcare industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive landscape
