Join Propagate as a motivated Account Executive to drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships. Requirements
- Frequently working at a desk and sitting for long periods of time

- 3-5 years of demonstrable experience with leading sales efforts
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen to navigate complex sales environments

Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activities, sales pipeline, and customer interactions using Hubspot
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team
- Perform outbound business development activities to increase top of funnel qualified leads
- Support the design & implementation of new sales campaigns to increase top of funnel qualified leads and downstream business opportunities
- Maintain professional presence on LinkedIn and other social media channels as a representative of Propagate and its mission and vision
- Identify, register, and participate in conferences and other event opportunities where relevant
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, program management, and farm services, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience at a high-growth start-up
- Prior experience in agriculture, soil science, carbon markets, land use, MRV, and similar fields
- Familiarity with CRM/pipeline systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
