Join Revalize, a leading provider of manufacturing solutions, as an Account Executive focused on the Food & Beverage industry. You will be responsible for selling Revalize products and services within a designated geographical area. Key responsibilities include lead generation, sales opportunity creation, needs analysis, solution presentation, and managing the entire sales cycle. Success requires extensive B2B software sales experience, ideally within the food and beverage sector, along with strong communication and negotiation skills. The role involves significant client interaction, including up to 30% travel. Qualified candidates will complete an online assessment.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in B2B sales of complex software solutions, ideally within the food & beverages industry
- Native-level German proficiency and excellent English skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Quick grasp of concepts and a high focus on finding solutions
- Willingness to take initiative and work autonomously
Responsibilities
- Augment marketing campaigns with personal prospecting and outbound lead generation activities (cold calling, networking, outbound marketing, and other method)
- Generate new sales opportunities (new business, upselling and cross-selling)
- Analyze customer requirements, identify challenges and present tailored solutions
- Organize product demonstrations
- Consult and sell software solutions to meet customer needs
- Manage new and existing customers, both remotely and on-site
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Monitor and steer the sales pipeline to achieve targets
- Document sales activities accurately in the CRM system
- Actively use IT tools for support, training, and pipeline management
