Summary
Join ZenGRC as an Account Executive and make an immediate impact by developing and managing a sales pipeline. You will lead your territory, build new business opportunities, become a ZenGRC product specialist, and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos. This role requires selling into the GRC environment, exceeding sales goals, and utilizing Salesforce. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a consultative sales approach and excellent communication skills. ZenGRC values diversity and hires the person, not just the resume. Compensation will be discussed during the first interview.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent work experience
- Must have 2+ years of outbound SaaS GRC selling experience while exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis
- Proficiency using Salesforce.com
- Skilled in virtual presentations, online web demos, and remote sales processes
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead your territory as it's CEO
- Continually build a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Become a specialist on ZenGRC's products and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with potential and current customers
- Demonstrate and sell value to key contacts within the accounts during fast-paced and sophisticated sales cycles
- Work in a team-selling environment and apply appropriate resources to opportunities
- Track all opportunity and customer details, including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce

Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong proficiency
