Summary
Join Samsara, a pioneer in the Connected Operations™ Cloud, and contribute to the digital transformation of physical operations globally. This dynamic sales role focuses on bringing IoT solutions to mid-sized customers in France, with deals ranging from €5k to €300k. The position is hybrid, requiring two days a week in the Paris office and three days remotely, with up to 25% travel. Success requires consistent prospecting, building genuine customer relationships, and a willingness to learn about diverse industries. You'll own customer engagements end-to-end, contributing to Samsara's high-performance sales culture.
Requirements
- 18+ months experience in a full-cycle, direct-selling role
- Experience in cold-calling prospects in the French region, prioritising new business
- Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement
- Must be fully business-fluent in French language
- Resident in France, ideally within commutable distance to Paris office
Responsibilities
- Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close
- Work on strategic, outbound prospecting
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
