Join ScienceLogic as an Account Executive for Northern Europe (Sweden) and lead the market development and expansion of innovative ITOM/Automation solutions in the Nordics. This remote position requires a seasoned sales leader with 10+ years of SaaS or enterprise technology sales experience. You will take ownership of a high-potential market, driving both direct and partner-led growth. You will be responsible for territory leadership, pipeline development, sales execution, customer advocacy, and collaboration with various teams. Success requires a proven track record in SaaS sales, strong communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
Requirements
- Proven track record in SaaS sales with a history of achieving/exceeding quotas
- A strong background in developing new territories or markets, ideally with a focus on, ITOM, ITSM, Observability or digital infrastructure management
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of building relationships at C-level
- A strategic mindset with the ability to execute detailed plans effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce), digital prospecting, and hybrid IT concepts
Responsibilities
- Take full command of the Nordics territory, driving new business development in the enterprise and MSP sectors
- Develop the territory prospecting strategy and goals based on target accounts
- Be personally active in developing sales campaigns and lead the BDR teams to research and identify opportunities
- Develop pipeline through sales stages, lead client engagements, and close deals to exceed sales targets
- Build deep, trust-based relationships with customers, positioning solutions that deliver outcomes that meet or exceed their business challenges
- Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities to innovate, maximizing the value of GenAI tools
- Work closely with leadership, sales engineering, marketing, business development, and technical teams to align on customer needs and sales strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling ITOM, ITSM, Enterprise Management or AIOps solutions
- Technical understanding of SaaS architectures or hybrid cloud environments
- Fluency in a Nordic language (a plus, but not mandatory)
