Summary

Join Solution Tree as the Director of Educational Partnerships and contribute to transforming education worldwide. This remote, Northern California-based sales position focuses on achieving revenue goals through strategic sales planning and execution. You will develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in K-12 education, presenting comprehensive solutions and leveraging market knowledge. The role requires strong sales skills, technological proficiency, and significant travel. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum five years of successful sales experience
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time (including overnights)

Responsibilities

  • Achieve quarterly and annual contracted revenue sales goals
  • Manage expenses in compliance with company guidelines, demonstrating fiscal responsibility and judgment
  • Possess product and market knowledge; present unique product offerings and comprehensive solutions to individuals and groups
  • Utilize competition knowledge to inform sales strategy
  • Observe market trends and communicate them to customers and colleagues
  • Employ solution selling techniques
  • Engage in account targeting and territory planning
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships with key decision-makers (Superintendents, district administrators, and school Principals)
  • Share timely information with sales management and internal partners
  • Conduct successful business meetings with decision-makers in person, by phone, and via video conferencing
  • Demonstrate technological proficiency with Salesforce.com, Outlook, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications
