Summary

Trackforce Valiant/TrackTik is recruiting an Account Executive for their expanding sales team. The Account Executive will work with an experienced team of sales and security professionals, develop and execute sales strategies, respond to inquiries, build value propositions, present product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and maintain prospect and customer relationships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a full sales cycle selling role (prospecting to close)
  • Experience running technical product demos
  • Strong presentation, sales, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • A track record of consistent quota attainment (quarter over quarter, year over year)
  • A history of focus on new business/new logos
  • Upselling experience is an asset
  • Experience in B2B selling (SaaS sales preferred, but not a requirement)
  • Experience managing a CRM, from leads/account data management to accurate pipeline/forecasting, etc. (SFDC is preferred, but any CRM experience is an asset)
  • Experience in handling both inbound and outbound (self-generated) leads
  • Experience using tools like Outreach (sequencing), Vidyard (video prospecting), and other software sales tools is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes sales strategies and tactics that maximize opportunities within the addressable market
  • Responds to email and phone inquiries from potential prospects with answers to their detailed questions
  • Collects and analyzes prospect requirements
  • Builds Value proposition and return on investment cases for prospects to drive sales cycle
  • Presents information and delivers product demonstrations to both existing customers and new prospects
  • Creates written business proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFP’s)
  • Negotiates terms and conditions of sales contracts and closing sales
  • Maintains a high-level technical understanding of our software products
  • Defines, communicates, and implements the Go to Market strategy for allocated segment - ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded in the marketplace
  • Builds executive relationships with prospects - articulates Trackforce Valiant products and business strategies, creates the demand, and leads prospect discussions to advance the sales process
  • Administrates and maintains prospect and customer information within our CRM
  • Manages prospect and customer relationships in which you develop yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Along with sales planning, this position is responsible for accurate forecasting
  • Works independently, also may act as virtual team leader and/or mentor
  • Develop an annual plan for own area in line with company strategy

  • Must have proven experience in converting technical requirements and information into written business proposals
