Summary

Join Tridge's Platform Sales team as an experienced Account Executive to lead the sales of its flagship service, Marketbrief. You will acquire clients, drive revenue growth, and promote Marketbrief's value to uncover new business potential. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, presenting solutions to decision-makers, identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and collaborating with other teams. Success requires 5+ years of SMB or enterprise-level sales experience, a solid understanding of B2B sales cycles, and strong communication skills. Preferred qualifications include connections in the agriculture or food industry and experience managing large accounts. Requirements

  • Around 5+ years of experience in SMB or Enterprise-level sale
  • Background in solution sales, SaaS, tech, agriculture/food, or market intelligence sectors is a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles, solution-based selling, and account management
  • Interest in or familiarity with the global agri-food industryโ€”its market trends, supply chains, and challenges
  • Ability to articulate the value of SaaS platforms and data-driven solutions to diverse stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence in presenting, negotiating, and building relationships

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain enterprise-level clients, focusing on agri-food businesses
  • Present SaaS-based market intelligence and analytics solutions to decision-makers, emphasizing their value in optimizing agricultural supply chains and trade strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted outreach campaigns. Manage and nurture a pipeline of high-potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor to address their business challenges using SaaS solutions
  • Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to align offerings with market needs and ensure seamless onboarding and support
  • Stay informed about tech, SaaS, and agri-food industry trends to tailor solutions to evolving client needs
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets, monitor KPIs, and report progress and opportunities regularly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Connections or working experience in the agriculture or food industry
  • Network within government agencies, universities, or related institutions
  • Experience managing large or strategic accounts
