Requirements
- 3+ years leading deals involving large ACVs with complex technologies and sales cycles
- Ability to uncover hidden pains and opportunities, and design deals that solve them
- Owns all parts of the sales process, particularly in complex, consultative sales environments
- Able to build deep relationships and become a trusted long-term partner for customers
- Continuously seeking customer insights that can shape our proposition and go-to-market strategy
- Autonomous and entrepreneurial
Responsibilities
- Operate in a 360Β° role, taking ownership of the full sales cycle from lead generation to nurturing and closing opportunities
- Build and nurture relationships with leadership teams at enterprise marketplace organisations, identifying their biggest needs and opportunities, and educating key decision makers along the way to solve their most pressing challenges
- Execute large, complex, multithreaded deals that deliver transformative impact for customers
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and the VP Revenue to refine our ICP, proposition, and go-to-market strategy based on customer insights
- Act as a trusted long-term partner to customers, building enduring relationships that deliver lasting value
Preferred Qualifications
Ideally, you come from a BPO, trust and safety tech vendor, or have experience selling into trust & safety teams at marketplaces, review platforms, dating apps, or social platforms
