Summary
Join Unite Us as an Account Executive and partner with enterprise customer organizations throughout their journey, from onboarding to renewal and expansion. Leverage your deep industry expertise and communication skills to enhance implementation outcomes and build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders. As a senior individual contributor, you will create and execute account plans, proactively manage sales pipelines, and ensure high customer satisfaction, adoption, engagement, and retention. You will coordinate internal resources, lead quarterly business reviews, own client renewals and expansion opportunities, and act as the customer's escalation point for critical issues. This remote, U.S.-based role requires 7+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales, customer success, account management, or directly related work experience preferred
- Experience in managing a book of business and complex, high-value accounts
- Experience creating and sustaining large, complex strategic partnerships
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Create and execute effective account plans for specified complex, high-value strategic accounts to deliver sales objectives considering overall opportunities, customer business priorities and anticipated business changes, our unique product capabilities, and value proposition
- Proactively leverage a matrix account team to develop and manage sales pipeline and enhance customer relationships and value
- Ensure customers have a high rate of customer satisfaction, adoption, engagement and retention
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure client adoption, utilization, and ROI for account users and sponsored users
- Practice effective, excellent communication with leadership, customers, and extended team and partners
- Lead quarterly business reviews for named accounts
- Own client renewals and expansion opportunities in partnership with key internal stakeholders
- Present recommendations to customers for improving or expanding the use of Unite US within their organization and community partners
- Be an expert in Unite Us products and services and educate customers on Unite Us technology solutions
- Independently act as the customerβs escalation point for business-critical issues, ensuring follow-up and resolution
- Lead discussions around forecasting and pipeline status with internal stakeholders
