You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding, while collaborating with various teams to shape the future of data infrastructure. Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets
- Strong understanding of the modern data stack, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or developer tools
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and navigating enterprise procurement
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycleβidentify, engage, negotiate, and close enterprise-level opportunities
- Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders
- Translate complex customer needs into compelling solutions using Theseus and Voltron Data offerings
- Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously refine messaging, positioning, and deal strategy
- Consistently hit or exceed quota in a fast-moving, collaborative startup environment
