Join Wati, a rapidly growing CPaaS company, as an Inbound Account Executive. You will manage and convert inbound leads into paying customers, engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process. You will be responsible for lead management, sales process execution, customer discovery, pipeline management, collaboration with other teams, and maintaining product expertise. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is also essential.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in an inbound AE role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot) to manage pipeline and reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-centric mindset
Responsibilities
- Qualify, engage, and convert inbound leads into paying customers
- Conduct product demos, handle objections, and close deals efficiently
- Understand customer pain points and recommend tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track progress, and forecast revenue
- Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to optimise the inbound sales funnel
- Stay up-to-date with Wati's offerings and industry trends to provide insightful guidance to prospects
