  • 3+ years of experience in a sales role, ideally in fintech, wealthtech, or a related SaaS environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%) to support client and team engagement

Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Engage new business opportunities and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals within your assigned territory
  • Strategic Selling: Leverage both existing networks and new channels to identify and pursue meaningful sales opportunities
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams—including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—to ensure alignment and deliver a cohesive client
  • Lead with Insight: Deliver insightful product demos and meetings that speak directly to a client’s challenges and goals
  • Educate and Empower: Clearly articulate the value of our platform, educating clients on how it supports their success and streamlines their work
  • Consultative Approach: Build authentic relationships with prospective clients by listening, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions
  • Manage Pipeline: Take ownership of your sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and help drive team alignment through transparent reporting
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Champion our commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and results-driven client journey
  • Partner with BDRs: Work closely with Business Development Representatives to align on lead qualification and outbound strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS sales, especially within the fintech or financial services sector, is a plus
  • Have a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Are a proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial settings
  • Bring strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to every interaction
