Summary

Join XplorPay as an Account Executive and make a daily impact. This inside sales position involves outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing consultative sales techniques to understand business needs and identify areas where Xplor can add value. You will build and maintain a sales pipeline, become a product expert, and drive revenue by closing accounts and managing client relationships. The role offers a base salary of $40,000-$45,000 USD plus uncapped commission and is fully remote. Industry experience and a financial background are preferred, along with a minimum of one year of inside sales experience. Strong communication and client relationship management skills are essential.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 1 year minimum of inside sales/leads generation in an outbound high-energy sales environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, the Internet, and basic math skills
  • Knowledge, insight, and understanding of business concepts, tools, and processes needed for making sound decisions; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations
  • Effective Communications–Applying communication concepts, techniques; ability to effectively convey and accurately interpret ideas and application of appropriate communication behaviors
  • Client Relationship Management – Knowledge and ability to determine and satisfy client needs and maintain a partnering relationship during engagements, communicating, presenting and facilitating
  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking – Understanding of the issues related to the decision-making process; ability to analyze situations accurately to reach productive decisions
  • Prospecting. – Versed on prospecting principles, processes; ability to identify and engage potential customers; build relationships to create opportunities
  • Selling value propositions – Applies knowledge of merchant services products and services applicable to potential customer needs to facilitate achieving their financial goals
  • Tech Acumen – Advise, educate, and engage clients on a variety of technological tools and resources allowing them to explore solutions to achieve their financial well-being
  • Effective Communications – Understanding of effective communication concepts, techniques; ability to effectively convey and accurately interpret ideas and application of appropriate communication behaviors

Responsibilities

  • Cold/warm-calling key decision makers to generate sales
  • Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly sales quota
  • Strategic thinking to generate and deliver solutions that provide value to clients’ bottom line
  • Becoming a subject matter expert on products and services related to industry
  • Driving revenue by effectively closing accounts over the phone, addressing the client's business needs by offering appropriate valued proposition solutions
  • Manage existing merchant relationships and support to merchants when needed
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry experience preferred
  • Financial background a plus
  • College preferred
  • Experience working in Salesforce or other CRM experience is a plus
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
