Summary

Join Xplor Pay as an Account Executive, Outside Sales in Phoenix, AZ, to develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners, onboard new businesses, manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce, prepare presentations and proposals, and close sales of payment processing and SaaS services. This is a fully remote position with a commission-only residual model, offering lifetime residuals, weekly activation bonuses, monthly residuals, unsurpassed bonus programs, and an incentive trip. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of B2B outside sales experience, a valid driver's license and auto insurance, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and self-sourcing leads. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium sized business owners
  • Work closely with Xplor Pay colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business
  • Manage your pipeline and day to day tasks/appointments using Salesforce
  • Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor Pay’s electronic applications
  • Closing sales of our payment processing and SaaS services to meet expected minimum requirements
