Account Executive

Summary

Join Xplor Pay as an Account Executive in Albuquerque, NM, to develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners. Responsibilities include onboarding new businesses, managing tasks using Salesforce, preparing presentations, and closing sales of payment processing and SaaS services. The position offers lifetime residuals, weekly activation bonuses, monthly residuals, and unsurpassed bonus programs. It's a commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component, including health benefits and a 401K match. Fully flexible remote work arrangements are available. The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of B2B outside sales experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to self-source leads.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium sized business owners
• Work closely with Xplor Pay colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business
• Manage your pipeline and day to day tasks/appointments using Salesforce
• Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor Pay’s electronic applications
• Closing sales of our payment processing and SaaS services to meet expected minimum requirements
