Summary

Join Henry Schein One as a remote Sales Representative and sell IT hardware and MSP support plans to dental offices. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, leveraging advanced sales tools like Salesforce and Clari. Requirements

  • Have one to two years of successful experience in a quota carrying Account Executive or Account Manager role, preferably in the MSP technology sector
  • Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Have familiarity with IT hardware, infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and network management
  • Have proven success leveraging a consultative sales approach and the ability to uncover opportunities
  • Have excellent communications / presentations skills and ability to build relationships
  • Have phenomenal customer service and engagement skills
  • Have a high comfort level presenting using virtual technology tools
  • Have great people skills and the ability to be personable and professional
  • Have internal motivation and the ability to meet assigned sales goals
  • Have strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail
  • Have technological savviness and the ability to learn new concepts
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Product Suite

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Unearth new sales opportunities by networking with assigned clients, Henry Schein One solution sales representatives, and Henry Schein Dental field representatives and turning them into long term partnerships
  • Create self-generated opportunities through targeted outbound email and phone campaigns
  • Present solutions to prospective clients
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients to understand their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming for customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that follows all Company policies and procedures including Worldwide Business Standards
  • Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments
  • Think strategically and provide consultative sales solutions tailored to client needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have knowledge of Henry Schein One software portfolio
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing
  • Have previous experience selling to dental offices or within the healthcare sector
  • Have knowledge of Salesforce, Clari, Groove, Microsoft Teams, and other advanced sales enablement tools
  • Have relevant certifications in sales, technology, or IT support services
