Summary

Join Solution Tree as a Director of Educational Partnerships - Inside Sales (DEP-IS)! This remote, full-time position focuses on selling K-12 professional development programs and services within the West Regional Market. You will achieve monthly and annual sales goals, develop and execute territory sales plans, and build relationships with key decision-makers. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, five years of sales experience (two in K-12), and strong communication and collaboration skills. Solution Tree offers a competitive base salary plus commission, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more. The position is remote, preferably based in OR, AZ, NM, CO, UT, or WY, with occasional travel.

Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Have a minimum of five years of successful sales experience
  • Have two years of K-12 sales experience
  • Establish a dedicated, quiet workspace free of distractions
  • Manage personal obligations effectively during work hours so they do not impede work commitments

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly benchmarks and annual contracted revenue sales goals
  • Possess product and market knowledge
  • Present unique product offerings and comprehensive solutions to individuals and groups
  • Utilize competition knowledge to inform sales strategy
  • Observe market trends and communicate to customers and colleagues
  • Manage expenses in compliance with company guidelines
  • Employ solution selling techniques
  • Engage in account targeting and territory planning
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships with key decision-makers
  • Share timely information with sales management and internal partners
  • Conduct successful business meetings with decision-makers via video conferencing and by phone
  • Demonstrate technological proficiency with Salesforce.com, Outlook, Excel, and Word
