Summary
Join Amper, a rapidly growing SaaS company revolutionizing manufacturing visibility, as a Mid-Market Account Executive. You will be responsible for generating and closing sales leads, expanding existing customer accounts, and contributing to ARR growth. This role demands strong sales skills, CRM proficiency, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Success will be measured by exceeding revenue targets. Requirements
- Have 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or technology sectors, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Understand business drivers and challenges, particularly in the manufacturing sector, and can connect them to Amper's solutions
- Effectively work with BDRs, SEs, CSMs, Product, and other departments to create value and drive deals forward
- Be comfortable using CRM systems like HubSpot and leveraging AI tools to manage your work effectively and optimize your outreach
- Have 3-5 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
- Have a proven track record of generating and closing new business, achieving sales targets, and growing customer relationships
- Have strong communication skills, with the ability to be concise and direct while also demonstrating empathy for customer challenges
- Have familiarity with CRM and AI-driven tools like HubSpot to manage sales activities and optimize processes
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate forecasting, thorough pipeline management, and timely updates in HubSpot to reflect deal progress
- Develop and execute strategies to generate pipeline through both inbound company efforts and proactive outbound sales activities. This includes targeting both new logos and expanding existing sites to drive ARR growth
- Own the entire sales process from lead qualification to deal closure, ensuring you meet or exceed your revenue targets. This includes meticulous pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and maintaining CRM best practices throughout the sales cycle
- Work closely with BDRs, Solution Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Product, and other departments to ensure alignment and create a seamless customer experience
- Utilize tools like HubSpot and other AI-driven solutions to manage your pipeline effectively, track activities, and optimize your sales approach
- Conduct product demos, negotiate contract terms, and ultimately drive deals to close by articulating the value of Amper's solutions clearly and concisely
- Leverage an understanding of the manufacturing industry to address specific challenges mid-market manufacturers face and tailor your messaging accordingly
- Demonstrate grit, intelligence, and coachability to continually improve your sales approach and adapt to the needs of our customers
