Requirements

Responsibilities
- Execute and manage multiple influencer campaigns, maintaining deadlines, content quality, and communication with talent and internal/external teams
- Set and manage project timelines, coordinating across teams and stakeholders
- Source and recommend talent, building lists tailored to campaign objectives and niche requirements
- Create outreach templates and conduct outreach to secure partnerships for monthly campaigns
- Manage cost sheets, shipping sheets, and product orders, ensuring real-time accuracy and timely execution
- Monitor campaign performance, compile data, and derive actionable insights for campaign optimization and reporting
- Liaise between brands, agencies, and influencers, handling negotiation, contracting, briefing, and content review
- Maintain constant communication with clients, providing updates, addressing queries, and ensuring campaign expectations are met
- Coordinate with shipping teams, ensuring seamless product deliveries and adherence to schedules
- Provide comprehensive and timely updates to internal and external teams, handling status calls, and preparing reports
- Act as a primary contact for talent, addressing inquiries, facilitating content creation, and ensuring satisfaction for both parties
- Review and provide feedback on content submissions, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives
- Develop trend-driven briefs, aligning product focus with current market trends for influencer content
- Proactively suggest new approaches, brainstorm innovative ideas, and stay updated on industry trends
- Analyze post-campaign reports, gather metrics, and craft detailed reports for campaign performance assessment and future planning
- Helping to complete RFPs and aiding in the development of strategies and execution of new business opportunities
- Maintain organized platforms and documentation for project tracking and content repository
- Handle miscellaneous tasks such as product shipment coordination, report vetting, and data management
- Jumping in on ad hoc requests and projects as they come in
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with industry tools/platforms is beneficial
