Summary
Join Sprout Social's Sales & Success team as a Mid Market Growth Account Executive. This role focuses on generating new business from existing clients, identifying upselling opportunities, and closing new sales within a specific segment. You will collaborate with the Account Management team and leverage your B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred) to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen, a customer-centric approach, and exceptional communication skills. This is a high-growth opportunity with a competitive compensation plan, including an OTE of $150,000.
Requirements
- 2+ years of closing experience in B2B sales (SaaS experience preferred)
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM platform
Responsibilities
- Generate new business from existing clients and serve as their product specialist
- Identify opportunities for upselling and increase individual account values
- Partner closely with our Account Management team, who will transfer qualified opportunities into your book of business
- Prospect, develop and close new sales opportunities within the largest prospects in our upsell segment
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of success within inside sales or account management, preferably with a SaaS company
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - phone, email and webinar
- Technical expertise and ability to acquire knowledge of new products
