Account Executive SMB

Summary

Join Connecteam's first-ever US sales team as an Account Executive and make a significant impact on our growth. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, consulting businesses to convert them into paying clients, providing exceptional customer service, and influencing product development based on customer feedback. This quota-carrying role requires managing your own sales pipeline and contributing to the team's overall success. You'll be a product expert, representing Connecteam's commitment to outstanding customer service. This is a remote position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of SDR/BDR sales experience in SaaS companies
• Strong record of quota attainment
• Strong customer relation skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels in an organization
• Be a self-learner, autodidact, and demonstrate high independence
• Possess strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Experience working with CRM and project management tools
• Be energetic, positive, and motivated
• Be a team player with strong communications skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup dynamic environment
• Be hungry to make a true impact and grow with us!
• Ability to work remotely from Mon-Fri

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert!
• Own the full sales cycle, managing your own account pipeline and contributing to the team’s pipeline
• Be the company’s eyes – No one in the company knows our clients better than the Sales team
• Be the face of the company – Connecteam is known for our outstanding customer service and approach
• Influence the product in the light of client demands and needs
• Engage in cross-department involvement and information sharing
• Demonstrate initiative, independence and ownership
