Account Manager

Summary

Requirements

• Proven track record and experience in sales within the apparel, textile, sports or/and workwear industry
• Deep understanding of the apparel/textile, sports or workwear industry with an established network of contacts
• Proven abilities in customer care, sales process, communication, and presentations
• Strong data analysis skills to inform decision-making; comfortable with quantitative analysis and presenting data insights
• Skilled at building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and partners
• A flexible and adaptable approach with a desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges within a global Fortune 500 company

Responsibilities

• Expand the company's client base by actively seeking and securing new business partnerships
• Drive sales activities for our Embelex products, client sales reporting and forecasting
• Cultivate and strengthen client relationships by responding to inquiries and providing comprehensive information about our services
• Stay informed about industry trends and product innovations
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
