Summary
Join Belkins Group, a leading SalesTech and MarTech company, as a B2B Account Manager. You will be the primary point of contact for clients in the US and Europe, managing contracts, delivering services, reporting progress, and handling invoices. This role involves developing and managing B2B outreach marketing campaigns, overseeing internal processes for seamless client delivery, and working towards key performance metrics. Ideal candidates possess 1-2+ years of B2B Account Management experience in foreign markets, strong cold outreach skills, and advanced English proficiency. Requirements
- Have Advanced English (C1-C2) – You’ll be working with clients in the US & EU
- Bring 1-2+ years of B2B Account Management experience , with a focus on foreign markets
- Have hands-on experience with cold outreach (Email + LinkedIn)
- Know the USA market inside and out
- Are a strong presenter, able to communicate complex ideas to corporate decision-makers
- Excel at building and maintaining long-term client relationships, including with enterprise-level accounts
Responsibilities
- Be the go-to person for our clients every day , helping them with things like starting contracts, delivering what’s promised, reporting on progress, and sorting out invoices
- Develop and manage B2B outreach marketing campaigns , content strategies, and SEO initiatives alongside SDRs, researchers, copywriters, designers, and SEO specialists
- Oversee internal processes to ensure seamless client delivery, including task creation, monitoring, QA, and reporting
- Work towards key performance metrics like Client Retention Rate, Churn Rate, Upsell/Cross-Sell Rate, and NPS/client happiness
Preferred Qualifications
- Have a background in digital marketing, email marketing, PR, content marketing, or B2B sales (a plus)
- Have management experience (a bonus!)
