Account Manager

Summary

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of English (both written and verbal)
• Understanding of the crypto industry or experience in financial services, fintech, or related sectors
• Strong analytical abilities for tracking performance metrics and providing data-driven insights
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations
• Responsibility, goal-oriented mindset, self-initiative, effective communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, and a proven track record of teamwork

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify new sales opportunities and employ cross-selling strategies within existing key accounts
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to proactively advise clients and inform internal strategies
• Address client concerns effectively, providing timely solutions and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Act as a trusted mediator between our company and clients, fostering open and effective two-way communication
• Schedule client meetings, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Customer Service, Product Development, and Sales Enablement) to ensure client expectations are understood and met

Preferred Qualifications
