Requirements

  • 2+ years commercial card experience
  • 3+ years of business development and professional selling experience
  • 3+ years of relationship management (e.g., experience building long-lasting meaningful relationships)
  • Problem solving (e.g., identifying stakeholders to address issues)
  • Successful experience with or large account management
  • High levels of social perceptiveness and client experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to grow the existing commercial card portfolio
  • Optimize the implementation program to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact post-implementation
  • Create and execute a streamlined communication process to ensure clients are well-informed and supported post implementation
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, providing insights and recommendations for growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate client feedback into process improvements
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to offer relevant advice and solutions
  • Lead meetings to understand customers’ needs and develop business relationships within client accounts
  • Be the single point of contact for major clients regarding issues, concerns, and identifying solutions and stakeholders
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customers' strategic initiatives and proactively work with them on framing business objectives
  • Act as a change agent by challenging legacy processes, educating team members on the benefits of virtual cards, and driving the advancement of virtual card adoption

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of consultative, B2B sales experience
  • Experience prospecting to the C-Suite and senior-level leadership of enterprise businesses
  • Prior experience in Commercial Card Migration/Implementation
