- Exceptional customer-centric orientation, adept at managing multiple sales processes concurrently
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding presentation capabilities
- Infuse an optimistic, positive, and can-do attitude with a high-energy approach
- Working remotely with Account coverage for TN & FL, with expansion in the future
Responsibilities
- Embrace a value-driven approach, comprehensively understanding each customer's existing systems, pain points, present and future needs. Leverage our product portfolio to provide effective solutions
- Exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives through strategic new opportunities, contract renewals, and pipeline expansion
- Stay attuned to industry trends, analyzing market dynamics to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
- Craft personalized email campaigns and written communications for both prospects and customers
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to formulate demand-generation strategies, heighten brand awareness, and prioritize sales initiatives for sustained growth
- Demonstrate mastery of our complete product offering, seamlessly integrating relevant products into customer discussions
- Tailor value propositions to align precisely with each customer's unique needs
- Address inquiries and concerns about competitor offerings, reaffirming our product's value
- Enlist internal stakeholders, such as Implementation, Clinical, Operations, Pharmacy and Executive Leadership, at strategic junctures
- Ensure clear communication and alignment among internal teams before engaging with customers
- Forecast accurately and consistently by analyzing market trends, sales patterns, and growth forecasts
- Leverage the Salesforce CRM system adeptly and regularly to streamline processes
