Requirements
- 3-5 years of Account Management or Customer Success experience with a demonstrated ability to generate expansion pipeline
- 3-5 years experience in Physical Security, Cyber Security, Executive Protection, Threat Intelligence, or Privacy Programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Partner with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to grow account revenue
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to close CS Qualified opportunities
- Act as a strategic advisor for DeleteMe’s customers for their privacy and security programs
- Effectively manage, track, and forecast expansion pipeline revenue
- Partner with DeleteMe’s Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to bring new products to market in order to generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to generate referral opportunities for the Sales team
- Help drive the customer journey along with Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation to help customer’s meet their goals and effectively deploy DeleteMe
- Proactively identify gaps in DeleteMe’s product offerings and opportunities to bring new products to market in order to increase DeleteMe’s expansion revenue
