Summary
Join Dun & Bradstreet as an Inside Sales / SMB representative and focus on selling products and services to new and existing clients remotely. Grow revenue through retention, cross-selling, upselling, and managing renewals for small to medium-sized businesses. Build strong client relationships, manage renewals, proactively protect accounts, and identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with Solution Sales, assist customers with issues, and maintain accurate CRM records. This role requires a strong track record in inside sales and proven success in B2B sales and account management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales, renewal sales, or sales support with a strong track record
- Results-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Ability to manage opportunities throughout the sales pipeline
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong phone presence with active listening, negotiation, and closing skills
- Knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor by building strong client relationships
- Manage the renewal process for small to medium businesses
- Proactively protect existing accounts, identify at-risk clients, and implement retention strategies
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business, win-back, and cross-sell opportunities
- Recommend and implement process improvements and modern solutions for clients
- Collaborate with Solution Sales to develop accounts and achieve revenue targets
- Assist customers with contract issues, usage queries, and invoice disputes
- Communicate value propositions effectively through a consultative sales approach
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software (e.g., SFDC) to support forecasting
- Perform additional duties as needed
