Account Manager

Summary

HustlerMarketing is seeking an Account Manager to manage eCommerce clients, plan and implement Email Marketing strategies, and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, be available during specific hours, and be familiar with Slack, Asana, and G-Suite.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working in digital marketing, ideally in Email Marketing
• Consistent capacity of 30-35h/week (140h/m)
• Being available and responsive during 15:00 - 18:00 BCN Time (Mon-Fri)
• Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing (doesn’t need to be your native language)
• Familiarity with Slack, Asana, and G-Suite
• A Results-driven attitude every day
• Very high attention to detail
• Ability to learn/adapt fast
• Ability to be accountable, consistent, and responsible (radical ownership)
• A laptop or PC with a fast, stable internet connection

Responsibilities

• Be in charge of 6 to 8-figure eCommerce clients looking to increase their revenue
• Planning and implementing the Email Marketing strategy (mainly through Klaviyo)
• Managing a Team of professional CopyWriters and Designers to develop the necessary marketing campaigns
• Making sure the communication with your clients is on point and their satisfaction (and ROI) continues to increase

Preferred Qualifications

Previous remote work experience is a big advantage
