Summary

Join Autism Parenting Magazine (APM) as their Account Manager - Advertising Sales and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth. You will manage inbound and outbound B2B sales, build client relationships, and track key performance indicators. This full-time, fully remote position requires experience in sales leadership, consultative selling, and B2B marketing. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and client-focused, with excellent communication and analytical skills. Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and consultative selling, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Strong track record in managing and achieving KPIs, including sales revenue
  • Expertise in B2B marketing campaigns and cold outreach
  • High-level account management skills focused on client satisfaction
  • Good understanding of the fundamentals of sales and marketing and the psychological triggers that make people buy
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound sales and consultative selling for advertising and sponsorship opportunities
  • Plan and execute outbound B2B sales and marketing campaigns to generate new customers
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent account management
  • Track and achieve key performance indicators like advertising revenue, number of calls and email engagement rates
  • Collaborate with our advertisers on fulfillment of their marketing creatives and objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Copywriting skills for email outreach, writing pitches and marketing content
  • Knowledge of cold outreach scripts and CRO techniques
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Active Campaign or Ad Sales Genius
  • Linkedin use for B2B outreach, network building and PPC
  • Sales funnel understanding from a B2C perspective (our customers)
  • Cold outreach and calling experience
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and PPC campaigns
  • Publishing and media experience
