Summary
Join Ad Sales as a Service, a company simplifying advertising and sponsorship sales for media companies, as an Account Manager - Sales. You will manage sales pipelines, execute outreach sequences, source leads, negotiate and close deals, manage renewals, and maintain client communication. The role requires 2+ years of successful sales closing experience, media sales experience, strong marketing and advertising knowledge, and excellent communication skills. You will work full-time on UK time with occasional US timezone meetings. The position offers a $2k base salary with an uncapped commission, full-time remote work, 27 days PTO, and the opportunity to make a significant impact.
Requirements
- 2+ years of successful sales closing experience
- Experience in media sales along with a strong foundation in marketing and advertising principles
- A proactive mindset with keen attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Ability to develop effective solutions and campaign plans with clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data handling and analysis
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture sales pipelines through effective cold outreach, tailored pitch presentations, and consistent follow-ups
- Execute multi-channel outreach sequences, including cold emailsโtesting and refining copy variations using advanced tools and workflows
- Independently source and scrape leads, efficiently structuring them for targeted outreach
- Negotiate and close deals, manage renewals, and maintain exceptional client communications
- Provide detailed reporting and constructive internal feedback to drive continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with sales and data management platforms such as Hubspot, Clay, Apollo, and Smartlead.ai

- $2k base salary with OTE of $4400 (uncapped) in commission*
