Join OLIVER, a global leader in bespoke in-house agencies, as an Account Manager in Singapore. This 8-month freelance role requires Mandarin fluency and Chinese reading ability. You will build strong client relationships, manage in-market campaigns, and adapt global toolkits for local markets. Requirements
- Must be able to speak Mandarin and can read chinese

- The ability to combine and translate complex material from different sources and contexts into stories and content that engage and resonate with in-market target audience

- 3-4 years of relevant industry experience

Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, oversee s the portfolio of in-market campaigns and adaptation of global toolkits for local market activation
- Understand the importance of brands and working within brand guidelines
- A deep understanding of the business; their needs, expectations and requirements in order to provide the best service and solution through close partnership in the key market
- Experience with global creative toolkits, market adaptations, and localisations
- Pro-actively own and manage local client engagement and relationships
- Effective project management through the full lifecycle using project governance as directed by the client β receiving and interrogating briefs, attending and driving regular client and internal status meetings, escalating issues and proactively resolving problems, managing project resource and making critical decisions
- The ability to drive and motivate a team and project through to successful completion
- Run account meetings and take responsibility for service levels and KPIs
- Work closely with clients to create strong concepts from initial briefing. Understanding the local nuances to their local markets
- You will be working with our global stakeholders and providing insightful feedback. This role is key for connecting global and local teams
- Work closely with production leads and manage all key milestones, from developing a brief through to final execution
- Growing strong relationships with the different agencies, including their, creative origination agencies, media agencies, printers etc. Being the central point to ensure we get the work from the creative agencies on time and deliver to the media agencies and printers to their timelines
- Scopes (with the designer) and accepts client briefs through OMG
- Creates projects correctly on OMG and includes relevant deliverables and adds relevant line items depending on the teamβs roles
- Assigns design and campaign briefs to integrated designer
- Joins project WIP meetings with client BD lead when required
- Joins weekly check-in with UK Account Lead CD to discuss current projects
- Books design resource to commence on new projects and assists with any timing plans when required
- QA support of design work when required
- Discusses amends from the client with design when required
- Helps manage clientβs expectations for projects when required and flags if any additional information from a brief or feedback is needed
- Is the point of escalation for the team β discuss if they have concerns and discuss the concerns with the client
- Take part in team client calls (campaign and wash-ups)
- Creates cost estimates for internal Interco and client OOS briefs
- OMG financial responsibility for APAC in collaboration with UK Project Manager
- Send OMG surveys to clients once projects are completed
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
- Ideally a strong background in a retail environment, both online and offline
- The ability to manage both individual and project workloads and identifying challenges and risks within them. You will work with your SAM on mitigation and solutions to ensure we deliver to brief
