Summary

Join Kustomer's Enterprise Sales team as an Account Manager and play a key role in driving sales growth. You will work with existing customers, focusing on AI solutions within the customer experience (CX) space. This remote US-based position requires a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in enterprise sales, particularly within complex sales cycles and early-stage startups. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, collaborating with customer success and marketing teams, and driving cross-selling opportunities. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in AI and CX, along with experience selling premium services. Requirements

  • 5-10 years of quota ($800K +) carrying sales experience
  • Sold to Enterprise accounts with complex sales cycles
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience in managing a book of existing accounts
  • Experience working at early-stage growth Startups
  • Expertise and technical savvy to conduct own demos
  • HIPAA Compliance

Responsibilities

  • Work with the sales leadership team to define and execute on quarterly/annual sales goals
  • Consistently meet sales quotas and drive the sales process forward for the business
  • Coordinate closely with our customer success team to ensure a great relationship with our customers while identifying new selling opportunities
  • Drive cross-sell and expansion opportunities to existing accounts
  • Become an expert in AI and the value AI can have for existing customers in the CX space
  • Experience in selling premium services such as Premium Support and Premium Services
  • Successfully deliver our value proposition, product demonstration, and core values
  • Represent Kustomer as an industry thought leader in the market
  • Maintaining an understanding of the competitive market space to position Kustomer effectively
  • Attending industry events and growing Kustomer’s presence within the market

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to the CX side of the house
  • Sold a Saas CRM solution in the past
